Jason’s love for his hometown extends to his personal life. He is a board member of the Salem Rotary Club, Washington County Family YMCA, Washington County Sheriff Dept., and TheatreWorks of Southern Indiana. He also donates to several local nonprofits including the Dolly Parton Imagination Library and Children’s Tumor foundation.

In their spare time, Jason, his wife, and two daughters work to improve their community through good deeds and projects. They love Salem, and they work to make sure it’s a great place to live for others, too.

Lacy Holman joined the Jason Wade State Farm Family in 2015. She grew up in the small town of Vallonia, Indiana and graduated from Brownstown Central High School in 2013. In 2021, Lacy moved to Campbellsburg, Indiana where she currently resides. When Lacy is not in the office, she enjoys riding horses and coaching the Salem Cubs Volleyball team.

Jazmine joined the Jason Wade State Farm Family in 2019. Jazmine is a native to Salem, Indiana and graduated from Eastern High School in 2017 at the age of 16. Jazmine is dedicated to helping customers at Jason Wade State Farm. When Jazmine is not in the office she enjoys going for hikes, camping, and reading.
